Root of Nature offers select products on a subscription basis for your convenience. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, including billing, renewals, and cancellation terms.

1. Enrollment

Subscription details—such as pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms—are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

2. Billing & Payment

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen schedule (e.g., monthly).

Charges may include:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable)

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until updated payment information is provided.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected frequency (e.g., monthly) unless canceled.

4. Cancellation
